PDF Invoice for WooCommerce automatically creates a clean A4 PDF invoice for each order. It then attaches the invoice to the WooCommerce order emails you select. The plugin generates each invoice when an order moves to one of the statuses you choose. As a result, your customers and your team get a proper invoice without any manual work.

Each WooCommerce PDF invoice shows your logo, company name, address, email and phone number. It also lists the customer’s billing details, with an optional VAT number. Then come the products, line by line, with SKU, quantity and unit price, and the complete WooCommerce order totals.

WC Cancel Order is a free WooCommerce plugin that lets customers cancel an order by request. They send the request from their My Account orders page. Each request moves the order into a custom Cancel Request status until you review it. So the plugin never cancels anything without your approval.

Store managers review requests on a dedicated WooCommerce > WC Cancel screen. There they see the customer’s cancellation details and request date, then approve or decline each one. The admin gets an email when a request arrives. The customer also gets an email when you approve or decline it.

Partial Shipment for WooCommerce is a free plugin for stores that ship orders in more than one package. Instead of splitting orders or tracking progress in spreadsheets, you record shipped quantities per item. You do it directly on the WooCommerce order edit screen, and the original order stays intact.

The plugin tracks shipped and remaining quantities, and it leaves refunded units out of what is left to ship. It also updates the order status as items go out. Store managers and customers both see clear shipment badges.

By default, WordPress sends comment moderation emails only to the site admin address and the post author. WP Comment Notification lets you send them to a team inbox, editors, moderators or any other addresses instead. In short, it gives you control over every WordPress comment notification.

The plugin checks the addresses when you save. You can include the post author with one checkbox. Also, you can optionally announce approved comments to the same recipients.
