Where do I find my licence key?
In My Account → Downloads, next to each plugin. For orders placed before licence keys existed, use the Get licence key button there.
How do I activate plugin updates?
In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → WpExperts Hub Licences, paste the licence key and activate it. Updates then appear like any other plugin update.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase in the situations listed in our Refund Policy.
Can I try a plugin before buying?
Ask us before you buy. We can set up a demo of the plugin so you can check its features first.
