WC Cancel Order Pro

WC Cancel Order Pro

Price: $49.00

WC Cancel Order Pro provides a complete and flexible order cancellation solution for WooCommerce stores. It allows customers to request full or partial order cancellations directly from their My Account page, while giving store administrators complete control over cancellation requests, approvals, refunds, and cancellation fees.

Instead of handling cancellation requests through emails and processing refunds manually, you can manage the entire cancellation workflow directly within WooCommerce.

Customers can request cancellation of their entire order or specific products and quantities, while administrators can review and approve or reject requests before any refund is processed.

The plugin also provides flexible options for managing refunds, including an optional store wallet, configurable cancellation fees, and customizable cancellation settings to match your store's requirements.

Features

Full & partial (item-level) cancellation

Customers can cancel the entire order, or pick specific items and quantities within an order — ideal for mixed orders where only part of the cart needs cancelling.

💰

Store wallet & wallet payment gateway

When you approve a cancellation, credit the refunded amount to the customer's store wallet instead of refunding the gateway. Customers then spend that balance at checkout through the built-in wallet payment gateway — which also works on the block checkout.

📊

Wallet admin dashboard

See every customer's wallet at a glance under WooCommerce → WC Cancel → Wallet: available balance, total received, and total spent. Drill into any customer to view per-order credits and debits.

Cancellation fee

Charge a fixed amount or a percentage of the order total when a cancellation is approved. The fee is shown to the customer inside the cancellation popup before they confirm, then automatically deducted from the refund on approval. It also appears in the admin popup, order notes, the customer email, and the Cancellation Requests dashboard.

Configurable refund methods

On approval, choose an Automatic gateway refund, a Manual refund, or a Wallet credit — for both full and partial cancellations. Transaction IDs are recorded for every gateway refund, and you can set a default method globally.

📦

Automatic inventory restock

When a refund is issued, cancelled items are automatically returned to stock so your inventory stays accurate without manual cleanup.

Direct (immediate) cancellation

Beyond requests, allow immediate one-click cancellation for specific order statuses (e.g. processing or on-hold) — no admin approval needed for those stages.

🎯

Automatic status assignment

Auto-assign a specific WooCommerce order status when a request is approved or declined, so your fulfillment team always knows the next step.

👥

User-role & reason controls

Enable cancellation for specific user roles. Define cancellation reasons shown as radio buttons in the popup, and make the reason and/or an additional note field required, optional, or disabled — plus a custom note inside the popup.

Auto-hide after a period

Hide the cancellation request button after a configurable window (minutes, hours, days, months, or years) so late cancellation abuse is prevented automatically.

Unified "Cancel Request" button

One clean button on the order page. When both full and partial cancellation are available, customers get a simple choice tile; otherwise they're routed directly to the right flow.

📋

Merged requests dashboard & bulk actions

Manage everything in one place: WooCommerce → WC Cancel → Cancellation Requests lists full and partial requests together, with filters, row actions, and bulk approve/decline.

Email notifications

Keep everyone in the loop with templated emails for request received, approved, and declined, plus wallet-credit receipts for the customer and admin alerts.

🌎

Broad compatibility

Supports Ultimate Member and WooCommerce Subscriptions, works with the block checkout, is translation ready, and uses a theme-proof native modal so popups look right on any theme.

How It Works

1. Customer requests a cancellationFrom My Account → Orders, the customer clicks "Cancel Request", chooses full or partial, selects items/quantities, picks a reason, and confirms in a clean popup.
2. Admin reviews the requestEvery request lands in the merged Cancellation Requests dashboard with item details, refund amount, and method. Admins can view, approve, or decline individually or in bulk.
3. Approve or declineOn approval, the store auto-assigns the configured order status, optionally issues a gateway/manual refund or wallet credit, restocks inventory, and deducts any cancellation fee.
4. Everyone is notifiedThe customer and admin receive email confirmations (including wallet-credit receipts), and the order timeline reflects the decision.

All configuration lives under WooCommerce → Settings → WC Cancel, organized into clear sections:

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it automatically refund the payment gateway?

Only if you enable the "Automatic gateway refund" method. You can instead issue a manual refund or credit the customer's store wallet. When no refund method is enabled, approvals record "No refund was issued."

What is the store wallet?

It's a customer balance credited when you approve a cancellation with the wallet method. Customers spend it at checkout through the wallet payment gateway — including on the block checkout.

Can I charge a cancellation fee?

Yes. Enable the Cancellation Fee in settings and choose a fixed amount or a percentage of the order total. The fee is shown to the customer before they confirm and is deducted from the refund on approval.

Does it work with the block checkout?

Yes. The wallet payment gateway is registered for the Cart/Checkout blocks, so it renders correctly on block-based checkouts as well as classic ones.

Can customers cancel just some items?

Absolutely. With partial cancellation enabled, customers select specific items and quantities to cancel while the rest of the order proceeds.

Is the plugin translation ready?

Yes. All strings are internationalized and the plugin ships with a POT file, so you can translate it into any language.

Where do I manage cancellation requests?

Go to WooCommerce → WC Cancel → Cancellation Requests to view, filter, approve, decline, and bulk-process both full and partial requests.

The User Manager for Polylang plugin allows the WordPress administrator to limit the Editor or Shop Manager (woocommerce) User Role from accessing all available content and languages.A user restricted with User Manager for Polylang will only be able to access the assigned language or content in the WordPress admin dashboard.

The editor won't be able to browse or edit any available content in the WordPress admin dashboard until WordPress admin allows him to access specific content in a specific language.

It helps site owners to allow limited access for different language translators, so a translator that is limited to accessing a language won't be able to touch content in another language.
