Overview
This add-on connects WP All Import to Advance Partial Shipment for WooCommerce. It adds a dedicated "Shipment" import type, so you can create partial shipments in bulk from a CSV or XML file instead of entering them one order at a time.
Each row in your file is one product line of a shipment. Rows with the same order ID and tracking number are grouped into a single multi-item shipment. Products are matched by SKU or order item ID, carriers by provider name, and quantities are checked against what is still unshipped on the order.
The shipments are saved through the Advance Partial Shipment plugin's own API, so its order status updates, webhooks and email settings work the same way as for shipments you create by hand. Because the add-on uses its own import type, it does not overwrite your WooCommerce order line items or products.

Features
Dedicated Shipment import type
Adds a Shipment option to WP All Import. It works separately from Order and Product imports, so those records are not overwritten.
Drag-and-drop field mapping
Map order ID, tracking number and URL, shipping provider, shipment reference, status, dates, notes, SKU, order item ID and quantity from your file’s columns.
Multi-item shipment grouping
Each row is one product line. Rows with the same order ID and tracking number (or reference) are combined into one shipment.
SKU or item ID matching
Lines are matched to the order by order item ID first, then by product SKU. Quantities above what is still unshipped are capped by the plugin.
Safe re-imports
An existing shipment with the same order and tracking number is replaced or updated, so running the file again creates no duplicates and empty columns keep stored values.
Providers, statuses and dates
Carrier names map to the plugin’s provider list, values like shipped or packed map to its four stages, and dates are read from timestamps and common formats.
Silent or notified imports
Customer shipment emails are off by default. Turn them on to use the plugin’s normal email behaviour.
Clear import log
The WP All Import log lists every shipment created, updated or skipped, with the reason when an order or product cannot be matched.
Built on the plugin API
Shipments are saved through Advance Partial Shipment’s own functions, so quantity limits, order status updates, webhooks and email settings apply exactly as for shipments added by hand.

How it works

Prepare your file
Export a CSV or XML file with one row per shipped product line, including the WooCommerce order ID, SKU or item ID, quantity and tracking number.

Choose the Shipment import type
Start a new import in WP All Import, upload the file and select Shipment as the import type.

Map the shipment fields
Drag your columns into the Advance Partial Shipment Fields section, then choose whether to send emails and pick a default status.

Run the import
Rows are grouped and saved as shipments at the end of the import. The log shows how many were created, updated and skipped.

Settings & configuration
Order, tracking and provider
IDENTITYThe WooCommerce order ID, tracking number, tracking URL or shipping provider name, and an optional shipment reference. Order ID plus tracking number (or reference) identifies each shipment.
Product SKU, order item ID and quantity
ITEMSWhich order line each row ships and how many units. Order item ID is used first, then SKU.
Status, shipment date and ETA
STATUSShipment status (ready, picked, dispatched, delivered or a common alias), the shipment date and the estimated delivery date.
Customer and internal notes
NOTESA customer-facing note and an admin-only internal note saved on the shipment.
Email and default status
OPTIONSChoose whether to send customer shipment emails (off by default), and set the status used when the Status column is empty or not recognised.

Requirements & installation
Who it is for
It suits WooCommerce stores that already use Advance Partial Shipment and receive shipment or tracking data from outside. For example, the data may come from a warehouse, 3PL, ERP or spreadsheet. It also helps when you want to import partial shipments for past WooCommerce orders without emailing those customers.

- Orders that already exist in WooCommerce, because the add-on only adds shipments to existing orders.
Installation
- Install and activate WooCommerce, Advance Partial Shipment for WooCommerce and WP All Import.
- Upload the add-on ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, then activate it.
- In WP All Import, start a new import and upload your CSV or XML file. Then choose the Shipment import type.
- Open the Advance Partial Shipment Fields section and drag your columns onto the shipment fields. Next, set the email and default status options, and run the import.

Frequently asked questions
Which plugins do I need?
You need WooCommerce, Advance Partial Shipment for WooCommerce 3.3.0+ and WP All Import (tested with WP All Import Pro 5.1; the WooCommerce add-on is not required). The add-on deactivates itself and shows a notice if Advance Partial Shipment or WP All Import is not active.
Will importing shipments change my WooCommerce orders or products?
No. The add-on uses its own Shipment import type, so order line items and products are not overwritten. Adding shipments can update an order’s status through Advance Partial Shipment’s normal rules, just as when you create a shipment by hand.
How should my import file be laid out?
Use one row per product line of a shipment, with the WooCommerce order ID, product SKU or order item ID, quantity and tracking number, plus optional carrier name or tracking URL, status, dates and notes. Rows with the same order ID and tracking number (or shipment reference) are grouped into one multi-item shipment.
What happens if I import the same file twice?
The add-on looks for an existing shipment with the same order and tracking number. With emails off, it replaces that shipment silently. With emails on, it updates the existing shipment. Either way, no duplicate is created.
Will customers be emailed during the import?
Not by default. Shipments are created silently, which suits historical imports. Tick Send customer shipment emails to use the plugin’s normal email behaviour.
What if a row's order or product cannot be found?
The row is skipped and the WP All Import log records why, for example when the order does not exist or the SKU does not match any product on the order.
How do I activate my licence and get updates?
Your licence key is emailed after purchase and is also shown in My Account → Downloads. In WordPress go to Plugins → WpExperts Hub Licences, paste the key and click Activate licence. New versions then appear on the normal Dashboard → Updates screen. A key can be active on as many live sites as you purchased; staging and local development sites do not count.
