Advance Partial Shipment for WooCommerce lets you fulfil an order in stages. Ship the items you have in stock now and record the carrier and tracking number. Then leave the remaining quantities for a later shipment. You manage every WooCommerce partial shipment from a meta box on the order edit screen.

Each shipment has its own fulfilment status: Ready, Picked, Dispatched or Delivered. It also keeps a shipment date, an estimated delivery date and notes. Customers get a WooCommerce email with the shipped items and a tracking link. They can also follow progress on their order page, or on a tracking page you publish with a shortcode.

WC Cancel Order Pro adds an order cancellation workflow to WooCommerce. Customers can cancel a whole order, or only some items and quantities. They send the request from the orders list in My Account. You review every request in one dashboard, then approve or decline it.

When you approve a request, you choose the refund: a gateway refund, a manual refund or store wallet credit. After that, the plugin creates the WooCommerce refund record for you. It can also restock the cancelled items and take a cancellation fee off the refund.

User Manager for Polylang restricts Editors, Authors, Shop Managers and other non-administrator users. As a result, each user can only work in the Polylang language, post types and taxonomies you assign on their profile. It suits multilingual sites where each translator or regional team should only touch their own language.

The plugin enforces these restrictions as WordPress capabilities. For example, a French editor cannot open, update, trash or delete an English or German post. This also holds on the edit screen, the list table, quick edit, bulk actions, AJAX and the REST API. Likewise, a Shop Manager limited to German cannot change English products or product categories through the WooCommerce REST API.

Collection for WooCommerce lets you build smart collections from your product categories. Instead of ticking categories on each product, you describe which products belong in a category. Then the plugin keeps that category up to date for you, so your WooCommerce smart collections maintain themselves.

Rules can look at the product title, description, categories, tags, global attributes and stock quantity. As your catalogue changes, products join or leave collections automatically.
