Order Cancellation

WC Cancel Order is a free WooCommerce plugin that lets customers ask to cancel an order from My Account. They click Cancel Request and tell you why. The order then moves to a Cancel Request status and waits for your decision, so nothing is cancelled without your approval.

You approve or decline each request under WooCommerce > WC Cancel. An approved order is cancelled and its stock goes back, while a declined order returns to its previous status. The store and the customer are emailed at every step.
